The Bookworm Reading Program is designed with student safety and privacy at its core. Bookworm Central is built to support compliance with:

• FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
• PPRA (Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment)
• Applicable state student data privacy laws

We do not sell student data, use targeted advertising, or place advertising trackers in the platform. Student data is used only to support teaching, learning, and literacy analytics for schools and districts.
